The Abstract Submission System is now open. Please read through the Guidelines carefully before submitting. Abstracts will only be accepted through this online system until 10:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, June 3, 2019. The AOAO Residents and Fellows Committee will review and judge entries after the deadline and choose the best submissions.

- Residents and Fellows Committee will review and score the abstracts: Monday, June 24, 2018 4:00:00 PM EDT
- Authors will be notified of acceptance: Friday, June 28, 2018 4:00:00 PM EDT
- Notification of Acceptance and Selection for Oral Presentation: Monday, July 8, 2018 4:00:00 PM EDT
- Accepted Abstracts Submit Digital Posters: Tuesday, October 1, 2018 4:00:00 PM EDT
Acceptance
All accepted abstract authors will be invited to submit a digital poster. Instructions for digital poster submission will be given with the notification. Accepted posters will be displayed on digital monitors during the meeting on Thursday and Friday, October 24 and 25 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.
Residents, fellows and students achieving top scores will be accepted for oral presentation during the Digital Poster Presentation Session (see below for details). All presenting authors will be required to complete a disclosure form, which will be provided with acceptance letters.
Digital Poster Presentation Session
Thursday, October 24 from 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
On Thursday, October 24, there will be a special one hour session where residents, fellows and students in all specialties who receive top scores will be invited to present their research in digital poster format. Presenters will have approximately 10 minutes to present to the audience from the podium in the main session rooms.
