Evaluations and CME
Instructions for evaluating the meeting and claiming CME credits are listed below and available in the Meeting Guide. Deadline to evaluate and submit CME is December 31, 2025.
- Access the Meeting Guide
- Click the Evaluations and CME tab at the top of the page
- Enter the email address used when you registered for the conference
- Once you have completed an evaluation for each lecture, click CME Form from the Evaluations & CME tab dropdown
- Complete the number of hours you wish to claim
- After you submit, you will be provided with a link that takes you to your printable certificate
ON DEMAND REGISTRATION
The AOAO is offering lecture videos, on demand, from the 2025 Annual Fall Meeting for limited AOA Category 1-A CME credit. You may register and claim up to 16 credits for viewing videos of your choice. You may also self-claim additional video content for AOA Category 2-B credits. The deadline to submit and claim CME is December 31, 2025. Program and registration information can be found on the AOAO Meeting Guide.

Reservations made through third-party sites or by calling the hotel outside our block are not connected to our block.
