Annual Fall Meeting

TARGET AUDIENCE

This activity is intended for osteopathic surgeons in the field of orthopedics, orthopedic residents, allied health and any physician interested in the practice of orthopedics.

The goal of this year’s program is to provide orthopedic surgeons with an update on current techniques and controversies in orthopedics. Leaders in the field will debate and discuss selected topics so that practicing orthopedists will have knowledge to further develop their skills.

Expected attendance is 800+ orthopedic surgeons.

EXHIBIT SPACE

The exhibit hall floor plan will be available in early summer 2026.

Exhibitors who sign up before the floor plan is available will have the first opportunity to select a booth once it is ready.

A single booth package is 10′ x 10′ with 8′ back drape and 3′ side drape and includes one 6′ table, two chairs, and one waste basket.

We are accepting Agreements for the 2026 fall meeting. To secure your exhibit booth, sponsorship, and program ad space, complete the LETTER OF AGREEMENT.

Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.

  • To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
  • To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and mail the check to AOAO, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Freeman is the official general service contractor for the AOAO exhibit hall. The Freeman exhibitor service kit will be available summer 2026.

Exhibitor badge names are due by September 29, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:
