Objectives
Upon completion of this skills lab course, the participants will have:

1. Reviewed basic arthroscopic shoulder anatomy;
2. Discussed subacromial space shoulder pathology that may be addressed by arthroscopy;
3. Described techniques to treat subacromial shoulder pathology by arthroscopic techniques including subacromial decompression, distal clavicle excision and rotator cuff repair;
4. Explain shoulder instability and how to decide on cause of instability including soft tissue, bony deficiency or combined;
5. Identify techniques of arthroscopic shoulder stabilization for soft tissue instability and open Latarjet Procedure for bony or combined instability.
