Sponsor will be recognized in the Annual Fall Meeting program, on meeting signage and from the stage for the keynote presentation. The Keynote Speaker, Kenny Aronoff, will stand at the Sponsor’s booth immediately following the presentation to sign autographs. The presentation will be Thursday, April 18 before the exhibitor reception at 5:15 pm.
Kenny Aronoff is one of the world’s most influential and in demand drummers and percussionists. The list of artists he’s worked with on the road and/or in the studio is a who’s who of the music industry’s top talent. He has an extraordinary gift and ability to manipulate sound using drums, cymbals and a variety of percussion instruments, the combination of which create a rare and custom accompaniment for each artist for whom he sets the pace – and raises the bar. Exhibitors are invited to submit proposals to present information about their products or services to osteopathic orthopedic surgeons at the AOAO meeting. The number of attendees is determined by the Sponsor. Contact Dana Gibson for availability, [email protected].
The symposium sponsor is responsible for all aspects associated with the planning, promotion, and management of the event and for payment of all related costs, including but not limited to catering, audiovisual equipment and services, and electrical services.
One complimentary use of the AOAO mailing list is provided. Mailings must be pre-approved by AOAO.
AOAO will send email announcements about the symposium to members with an RSVP link provided and managed by the Sponsor.
The AOAO Executive Director will review proposals and evaluate them on the basis of the quality of the program and its relevance to osteopathic orthopedic surgery.
