Social Media Promotions | $1,200
- Promotion Package for Three Consecutive Months
- Posting Frequency: Two posts per month on AOAO’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Submission Guidelines:
- Graphics Deadline: All graphics must be submitted by the first of the month before the promotion package begins.
- Option 1:
- Email all graphic content and text for up to six different posts by the first of the month before the promotion package begins. For example, if the social media promotion package is for April, May, and June, the content is due by March 1.
- Include the order in which the posts should be published.
- Option 2:
- Email graphic content and text for each month, up to two different graphics, by the first of the month prior to the posts being published. For example, if the social media promotion package is for April – June, the content for April is due by March 1, the May content is due by April 1, and the June content is due by May 1.

- Exhibiting Company Develops Content:
- Word Limit: There is no word limit for the graphic; it should look good, be readable, balanced, and not overcrowded. For captions, we recommend keeping them concise unless additional information is necessary.

- Hashtags (in post caption): Tailored to resonate with your target audience, up to 5 hashtags per post. Include the caption and/or hashtags in the email with the final graphic attached.
Corporate Showcase Sponsor $5,000
A limited number of corporate showcases will be considered for Thursday, April 3rd and Friday, April 4th. Times will be determined when proposals are being considered.
AOAO Exhibitors are invited to give a short seminar or demonstration on new products and services to a maximum of 30 AOAO attendees during the AOAO meeting. Contact Dana Gibson for availability, [email protected].
The Corporate Showcase Sponsor is responsible for all aspects associated with the planning, promotion, and management of the event and for payment of all related costs, including but not limited to catering, audiovisual equipment and services, and electrical services.
One complimentary use of the AOAO mailing list is provided. Mailings must be pre-approved by AOAO.
AOAO will send email announcements about the showcase to members with an RSVP link provided and managed by the Sponsor.
The AOAO Executive Director will review proposals and evaluate them on the basis of the quality of the program and its relevance to osteopathic orthopedic surgery.
Deadline to submit a proposal is February 28, 2025. Proposals should be emailed to Dana Gibson. Include the showcase title, speakers, description of the presentation, and preferred date (April 3 or 4).
Dinner Symposium $15,000
Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 6:30 pm
Exhibitors are invited to submit proposals to present information about their products or services to osteopathic orthopedic surgeons at the AOAO meeting. The number of attendees is determined by the Sponsor. Contact Dana Gibson for availability, [email protected].
The symposium sponsor is responsible for all aspects associated with the planning, promotion, and management of the event and for payment of all related costs, including but not limited to catering, audiovisual equipment and services, and electrical services.
