Social Media Promotions $1,200

Promotion Package for Three Consecutive Months

Posting Frequency: Two posts per month on AOAO’s FacebookLinkedIn, and Instagram

Submission Guidelines:

  • Graphics Deadline: All graphics must be submitted by the first of the month before the promotion package begins.
    • Option 1:
      • Email all graphic content and text for up to six different posts by the first of the month before the promotion package begins. For example, if the social media promotion package is for April, May, and June, the content is due by March 1.
      • Include the order in which the posts should be published.
    • Option 2:
      • Email graphic content and text for each month, up to two different graphics, by the first of the month prior to the posts being published. For example, if the social media promotion package is for April – June, the content for April is due by March 1, the May content is due by April 1, and the June content is due by May 1.
  • Exhibiting Company Develops Content:
    • Word Limit: There is no word limit for the graphic; it should look good, be readable, balanced, and not overcrowded. For captions, we recommend keeping them concise unless additional information is necessary.
    • Dimensions: 1080 x 1080 px
    • File Format: PNG
    • Hashtags (in post caption): Tailored to resonate with your target audience, up to 5 hashtags per post. Include the caption and/or hashtags in the email with the final graphic attached.

 


Corporate Showcase Sponsorship $5,000

AOAO exhibitors are invited to present a seminar or demonstration highlighting products or services to a group of AOAO attendees. This is a focused opportunity to engage with up to 35 participants in a more intimate, hands-on format.

Sponsorship Fee: $5,000 plus the full cost of the event (catering, AV, etc.)

Showcase Details:

  • Attendance limited to 35 AOAO attendees
  • Showcase schedule is determined by AOAO
  • Presentation content must be educational and relevant to orthopedic surgery


The Corporate Showcase Sponsor is responsible for:

  • Planning and managing the event
  • Promotion and RSVP management
  • Covering all related expenses (catering, audiovisual, electrical, etc.)


AOAO Support Includes:

  • One complimentary use of the AOAO member mailing list (mailings must be pre-approved)
  • Email announcements sent by AOAO to promote the showcase, with an RSVP link provided and managed by the sponsor
  • Program review by the AOAO Executive Director, with proposals evaluated based on content quality and relevance

Dinner Symposium Sponsorship Opportunity $15,000
Thursday, April 23, 2026 | 6:00 PM or Later

AOAO invites industry exhibitors to submit proposals to host a Dinner Symposium during the Annual Spring Meeting. This is a unique opportunity to present your company’s products or services to a targeted audience of osteopathic orthopedic surgeons in a focused, educational setting.

Sponsorship Fee: $15,000 plus the full cost of the event (catering, AV, etc.)

Sponsor Responsibilities:

  • Planning and logistics
  • Promotion and RSVP management
  • Payment of all related expenses (catering, audiovisual, electrical, etc.)


AOAO Support Includes:

  • One complimentary use of the AOAO member mailing list (pre-approval required for all mailings)
  • Email announcements sent by AOAO to promote the symposium to members, with an RSVP link provided and managed by the sponsor
