TARGET AUDIENCE
The Annual Spring Meeting program is designed for osteopathic orthopedic surgeons. Topics being presented will provide orthopedic surgeons with an update on current techniques and controversies in orthopedics. Leaders in the field will debate and discuss selected topics so that practicing orthopedists will have knowledge to further develop their skills.
Attendees include orthopedic surgeons, orthopedic residents and fellows, allied health and other physicians interested in the practice of orthopedics.
We expect 700+ attendees (in person meeting).

LETTER OF AGREEMENT
Agreements are being accepted for the 2026 Annual Spring Meeting. To secure your exhibit booth, program ad, and/or sponsorship, complete the online LETTER OF AGREEMENT.
Payment is due in full when the Agreement is submitted.
- To pay by credit card, fill in the payment details of the exhibit agreement.
- To pay by check, mark “check” as the payment method on the Agreement. Make the check payable to American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and mail the check to AOAO, Attn: Dana Gibson, 2209 Dickens Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Lead Retrieval
For the AOAO Spring Meeting, we are offering eShowLeads, a trade show lead retrieval application that lets exhibitors collect leads using their Smartphone.
eShowLeads allows the user to easily collect attendee contact information, add notes and record answers to qualifying questions all on the exhibitor’s smartphone. Exhibitor badge names are due by March 31, 2026. Badges included with exhibit packages:

Exhibit badges should be submitted by exhibitors using the Client Portal (login required). Additional badges can be purchased by exhibitors through the portal as well. The badge fee is $250/badge.
